After connecting your GitHub, CodePulse automatically syncs your repositories and pull requests. The integration runs daily, fetching new data and updating metrics for all connected repos.

When does the first sync happen and how much data is imported?

The first sync starts automatically right after you add a new organization. By default, CodePulse imports data from the last 60 days. If you need a longer history, contact us to discuss a custom integration.

How long does the initial sync take?

The first sync may take a few minutes to several hours, depending on the number of repositories and pull requests. For most teams, it's ready in under 10 minutes. Large organizations may take longer.

How often are my metrics updated?

All data is refreshed automatically every 24 hours. You always see up-to-date insights without manual effort.

Who can see my data?

Only users you invite to your workspace can access your metrics. You control permissions for each member, team, and organization.

Is my data secure?

Yes. CodePulse uses read-only access and never modifies your repositories. All data is encrypted and access is strictly controlled by workspace permissions.
